11 Jun

From the moment I landed into Dublin it was raining. It seemed all too appropriate. How else could everything be so green without so much rain? As I took the bus from the airport into the city center, I saw my first Irish rainbow. Naturally, one can assume that there was a pot of gold and a leprechaun at the end, but the bus was heading in the opposite direction so I couldn’t investigate.

I enjoyed a stroll though the city on the first night and turned in early because I was frozen – who knew it could be so cold on June? Toto, I don’t think we’re in Jaen anymore!

Today, Jamie arrived! We managed to make it just under a year between seeing each other (last time was at commencement)! And we’ve already crammed a lot in, but it’s getting late and we’re only a few blocks away from the guinness factory so I think we’ll be on our way now!

LOVED that Irish rainbow in Dublin… and the fact that you are able to explore with dear friends in tow, it is all so awesome.
    Gratitude is an attitude.

Your posts always bring a smile to my face.

Emily, your paperwork for next year came in. Check you e-mails. I think it says Cordoba. The letter is in Spanish
